Mr. Zulkifli Zali is a Managing Partner of Tradinity Capital PLT, overseeing Strategic Corporate Financial & Governance. He holds a Diploma in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from the International City Institute of Technology Malaysia (2006).

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Zulkifli began his career in banking in 2008 before moving into financial advisory in 2010. He has consistently demonstrated leadership and excellence, earning distinctions such as Top Region Leader, Million Dollar Producer (MDP), Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier, and Premier Qualifier for Top Producer Conventions in the Takaful industry. In 2021, he was certified as a Marketing Representative (MR) under the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC). Beyond his corporate achievements, he is also a sought-after speaker and trainer, invited by financial institutions to deliver insights on Islamic Strategic Financial and Wealth Planning.

IZARAHAYU MA'AROF

Asset Allocation & Development

Mrs. Izarahayu is Tradinity Capital PLT partner, who is in charge of the Asset Allocation & Development. Mrs. Izarahayu is a degree holder from University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in Business Administration (BBA) and she has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Open University Malaysia (OUM). She has 20 years experience in Banking and Financial Industry. She is currently as a Group Manager for Kenanga Investors Berhad since 2016, managing 100 Millions total group Asset Under Management.

Mrs. Izarahayu also managing more than 100 personnel including managers, supervisors and advisers under her command since her involvement in Capital Markets Industry. She has strong passionate about planning and developing individuals in their financial and career growth makes her the best person in charge to spearhead this department. Also, as a certified Marketing Representative from Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC), she now also a Group Manager of Marketing Representative with Astute Fund Management since 2023. With her competency and as a Shariah Registered  Financial Planner (Shariah RFP) in 2021, therefore she is the best person to fit in the position to lead the division.

MUHAMMAD NO'MAN 

Corporate Affairs & Event Collaboration 

Mr. Muhammad is Tradinity Capital PLT partner, who is in charge of the Corporate Relation with Government, GLCs and Private Sectors. Mr. Muhammad is a Bachelor of Science (Computer) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division), University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). Mr. Muhammad was involved in Human Resource department with Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), as Statistic Officer for Department of Statistics Malaysia in 2017, and also as Assistant Director for Ministry of International Trade & Industry in year 2009. His experienced as System Engineer for PERODUA year 2008 also a Lecturer/Tutor in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) back in year 2008. He has been rewarded as Excellent Service Awards 2022, Director General's Award 2021 & 2019 issued by Malaysia Palm Oil Board. Mr. Muhammad experiences in handling corporate events, arranging the ministries, built a good relationship with Government Bodies made him the most suitable person in the position. He also skilled in Programming (SQL, Java, HTML/XML, C++, C, UNIX), System (Windows, DOS, VMware, vSphere), Applications (Unix, FTP, CCNA, Mail Gateway and Desktop, Windows DHCP, DNS, AD User Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Project, SAP, COBOL, Rational Rose), Languages (VB6/VB.Net, XML, Java, HTML, PHP, JavaScript, ASP.Net, and    Database (Access, Oracle, ASCII, DB@, MySQL). Mr. Muhammad is a certified Marketing Representative (MR) under SIDC in 2025.

JEC C. SOISE

Legal Advisor

Mr. Jec is a graduate of the University of Malaya (UM) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 3 March 2003. Since then, he has established an extensive legal career with vast experience in civil litigation and corporate advisory.

Renowned for his deep legal insight, Mr. Jec has been actively engaged in educating the entrepreneur community and corporate clients on the legal frameworks governing Malaysia’s financial and corporate landscape, including the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA), the Companies Act 2006, and the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2012.
